It pleases me to see that, outside of my glorious kingdom that is Gallia, there are still others who hold, dearly, to the old traditions and ways of the monarchy. It shames all of Sirius to see that a house with as much potential as Rheinland would cast away these means of rule, means chosen by the people, as proved during the rebirth of Gallia in 0 A.G.S, and means by which to rule a kingdom large and powerful.

I hope you agree. Should you not, it will be one of many topics of discussion that we will have soon. My reason for this transmission would be that I wish to extend to you, the invitation to visit Ile-du-Palais. My home, and the seat of my power inside of IlÃ©-De-France. I wish for us to converse upon many topics to discover whether we share the interests that I hope.

Should you accept, I will assure that my Royal Navy make preparations for your journey to the core worlds. You will be under constant escort and should your visit be prolonged, you will be housed inside of Ile-du-Palais.

Most gracious Sovereign of Gallia, how could one such as I possibly decline an invitation of this nature? To have an audience with a true monarch, leader of his people, defender of their future, would honor me to no ends. I would be more than willing to converse with you on matters of state and culture, as leaders should. My only regret is that I cannot speak for the people whom I stand for, but were the circumstances different I would have accepted this invitation all the same.

I look forward to this meeting with great anticipation, and shall have the Hohenzollern ready for departure whenever desired.
