Today was not a populated day, this clear morning at Sophie's bar.
The staggering stranger entered the main room...looking like a messy outlaw, nothing surprising, tanned by the suns of several systems...a little cigar in mouth, extinct, and a half-empty bottle of gallic Bourgogne wine in hand.
He could be somewhat handsome without this maddish look and this deep illness appearance...no way to know if he was highly-stoned or in very bad form.

Little strange detail also...his neck was rounded by a Pineal Amulet, he was gripping in hand from time to time....like a sorta lucky charm.......

He tried to go straight to the bar, like ignoring the surroundings.....then bowing shortly toward the place's Mistress...

"Good day M'lady ! I'm quite new around here....Nice place Gran Canaria...........er.......I guess......i need......a lil'help from.........a certain Dr Tesh.........Holliday said me....Card'mine.....HEEYYY !! .......this haaaaze !! ......Weeeww.....it's taaallking, baby !!......"

The guy collapsed suddenly.

Hello Dear Colleague,

Got here quite a critical case 'round here, well, haven't talked to much to the aforesaid "case" as he has high delirium-crises...we also had to tie him....

I describe : has psychopathic tendencies, humor changes....from extreme-kindness to murderous-wills, numerous halucinations, sudden emotion-peaks.
Scans reavealed a beginning of ADN changes and regular cardamine-use traces. The guy doesn't seem to have used it for a long time but nonetheless is in critical state. Apparently he tried to quit with cardamine, not enough significant traces in blood to witness the "common use" we know....
Effects : Seems about to die and aforementioned effects.

For now the only solution I found is to administrate subject a constant mix of cardamin and synthe-'Juana as we found lesser cardamine reserves in his ships hold (i wonder how 'Sairs let him pass in the system).
Effects : subject in statu-quo stasis.
We're just maintainin' him alive but we won't carry on much like this as Cardy' reserves are low and i doubt our 'Sairs neighbours will let us order some.

Please dear colleague, we need some kinda specialist as i dunno what to do more.
