Over a week has past since the Embargo against Liberty by Kusari and there is no signs of changes. And such recent discoveries that have left many to question how Liberty will economically survive this Embargo.

Civilians are angry.

The Military is not willing.

And the Government seems to be ignoring.

The facts are simple Liberty without fuel cannot sustain it's industries as before. H- Fuel prices from the reserves have increased over 100% from 1,247 per barrel to 124,700 per barrel (55 gallons). A price, Congress says, too high. But the congress is not willing to offer price hike protection but rather the opposite. Congress has proposed to close off the H-Fuel Reserves to the Civilian Market and keeping it for the Military Usage and Government usage only. (Smaller Military crafts Fighters, Bombers ect ect)

In defense of the rations say that "..the reserves can hold out for the Military alone for 2 years. Plenty of time to fix the issues regarding the embargo. We have to think about the war effort first." Congressman
Bowmen.

Skeptics believe that the rations restrictions will only widen the already dangerous gap in the economy.

However Bremen Contractors, Military company, has been kicked into action to help the civilian market combat the shortages in H-Fuel. They have begun work on a new Bio-Fuel generator that can provide as much output as a H-Fuel generator but cheaper. Sources say that this Bio- Fuel generator is in it's infant stages and expected to be used for smaller transports and freighters. One draw back of Bio-Fuels is it burns quicker and reduces the range that H-Fuel provides. Bremen spokes man had to say this , " Bio- Fuel in itself isn't a new concept, but for what we need it for it's especially new. This isn't going to be designed to completely replace H-Fuel Power Plants but it's a start in a more independent fuel dependency from Foreign Fuels."

Bremen Contractors announced that their first Bio-Fuel Generators should expect to hit the civilians markets late next month. And also stated that Bio-Fuel Generators can make up 30% of the civilian market's consumers within the first 2 months.

Still the generators are not cheap and many civilians are left wondering if they will be able to afford the costs it will take to buy a new vehicle made for Bio-Fuel or the costs it will take to transfer power generators from their vessels they already own. Other things that concerns civilians is the ability to get Bio-Fuels where they live. Currently Bio-Fuel plants are being setup in Houston and so far no plans to build plants anywhere else.

Congress has looked down on the Bio-Fuel as a "political jab at foreign policy," and question it's true usefulness. Questioning why haven't civilian companies considered MOX generators. Congress has stated that MOX generators will over all improve the relationship with Bretonian government with their trade agreements. There have been several motions to the courts to banned the usage of Bio-Fuels which has shocked many within Liberty.

Congress has too stated that Bio-Fuels can lead to dangerous pollution within production facilities and surrounding areas. Also Congress is concerned that Independent Bio-Fuel producing companies will not offer enough competition in the Free Market too keep prices low and monopolies will form. Thus Congress proposes that State Run Bio- Fuel Plants should be instilled over the civilian company made production plants. Too says that "Gaian inspired movements" as a civilian of Liberty doesn't have the government's best interest in mind.

Despite what Congress feels Bio Fuels have been a public interest for years and the people of the Republic are pushing harder than ever.
