Anyway, he flies a Slave Liner around and uses the Junker Colors, so be a little careful who you shoot him in front of.
He loves to sit a Battleship Essex in Dublin, you should be finding him there often.
Also, just for a little bonus, if he is full of ore, I will pay you 5 million.
