TO: Interspace Commerce - Bobthemanofsteel - 01-18-2011 -Incoming Transmission- Sender: Stephen Drake Subject: Not Happy. ~Message Begins~ ![]() Greetings, It pains me to contact you under such conditions, but I'm afraid this must be done. Interspace Commerce now owes Ageira Technologies 150,614,750 Sirius Credits. This is due to the Gross Negligence of Duty undertaken by one of your employees, Stewart Taylor, resulting in the destruction of an Ageira Supertransport. Your pilot continued to make aggressive actions towards a Lane Hacker vessel, whom had already warned that the Ageira vessels present would be destroyed if he did not stop. Indeed, even the Supertransport captain told your pilot to leave, but he was also ignored. This bill is what follows from those orders, it seems. The money can be directly debited to Ageira|Bank, if you have no questions or complaints regarding it. Sincerely, Stephen Drake President Ageira Technologies ~Message Ends~ TO: Interspace Commerce - Disco - 01-18-2011 ---Incoming Transmission--- ---Sender: [color=#33FF33]Stewart Taylor--- ---Location: [color=#33FF33]Newark Station, New York--- ---Encryption Level: Low--- To Ageira, I was hunting that lane hacker and was just about to engage when one of your transports came into the scene. I would not stand down just because your transport came into the scene. The transport had an escort who failed to protect their trader. So do not dare try and blame me for that incident. Both of them didn't even bother to defend themselves, if they had done so, no damage to Ageira would have been done. Sincerly, Stewart Taylor, Interspace Commerce [color=#9999FF]---Transmission Terminated--- TO: Interspace Commerce - Bobthemanofsteel - 01-18-2011 -Incoming Transmission- Sender: Stephen Drake Subject: Not Happy. ~Message Begins~ ![]() Mr. Taylor, The so called 'Escort' was in fact a Camara class freighter, piloted by a new recruit on his first flight outside of training. Am I to take it then, that Interspace Commerce does not have Ageira's safety at mind? You will attack a vessel, even if it dearly compromises the safety of one of our own? I will of course take no action until a member of the Interspace Commerce Executive Board gives me the official stance on this matter, rather than an obviously ill-trained fighter pilot. Position ... CEO Dear Mr.Stephen Drake, This accusation is very serious. You better know your facts. Before we even consider repaying you for the loss of a shipping transport we would like some evidence of the account. We request full image and possibly video and audio coverage from the whole incident. Start to finish. After we analyze the evidence we will then act further. I also suggest, next time you do escort your shipping vessels because it's clear you have trouble in doing so. Do not blame my party for the outcome, its always more than just one party's fault. Respectfully yours,

-{ SIGNAL LOST }- TO: Interspace Commerce - Bobthemanofsteel - 01-19-2011 -Incoming Transmission- Sender: Stephen Drake Subject: Not Happy. ~Message Begins~ ![]() Mr. Mahone, We have here a log of the events: Quote:LH~Ageira's.Bane: Hold it flunkies This was followed by the Hacker vessel opening fire and destroying the Supertransport Columbia. You should understand, Mr. Mahone, that Ageira Technologies staff are well trained in escaping piracy situations without the use of on board weaponry... Especially against Lane Hacker. Still, your pilot engaged despite warnings of the outcome by both parties. No matter how you spin it, his ignorance resulted in the Lane Hacker vessel opening fire and destroying the Ageira Supertransport. Should I go on to mention that this Lane Hacker ended up disabling your pilot's fighter? I'm sure you're already aware of this, though. Your pilot, who initiated hostilities against the Hacker, was incapable of even destroying the ship he attacked. His incompetence is compounded by the fact that the Hacker vessel was, in fact, a transport. If we are at fault for not escorting our vessels, you are at fault for employing fighter pilots that cannot even complete the most basic of tasks. You ask for video evidence, but I think the audio is enough. Ask your pilot, does he refute the evidence given, or admit it? We have nothing to gain from lying to you Mr. Mahone, especially given our new relations with your company. Sincerely, Stephen Drake President Ageira Technologies ~Message Ends~ TO: Interspace Commerce - Lister - 01-19-2011 -{ SIGNAL LOCATED }-

Position ... CEO Dear Mr.Stephen Drake, I was hoping for some more visual evidence of the incident. It tells the event better. You say your staff are, and I quote, "well trained in escaping piracy situations." I don't think using the words 'Bite me, Hacker.' was sensible, what-so-ever. Ageira started the hostilities, not us. Also, your vessel didn't ask Stewart Taylor to stand-down, from what we see, just merely requested him to not do anything silly, like fight just to save the Columbia. "Interspace, don't get yourself killed on our behalf." You can not expect someone to follow a order, if you do not actually order it. Then, even before Mr.Taylor engaged, the pirate repeated his demands again, and obviously the captain of the Columbia was too arrogant to comply with. "drop the cargo, now" On this note, we conclude. We will not be repaying for your vessels loss. We will not take blame for the incident & I will not allow you disrespect the good intentions of my company's employees. This matter is closed, we will not take this any further. Respectfully yours,
