As clans with less than 3 members cannot exist, the systems are already free. But I'd delay their claiming for a while, as I wish that Kusari on the whole would be controlled by only one Kusari faction.

I don't know what to say here Dab. If you think that this server is only for you, you are mistaken... I don't know how to end this. Yes, you might buy, or take over, one system, or two, but not whole houses. Maybe set 200 million per week maitainance cost for all systems from tenth and further?
... at least this will put some limit on where AW are pushing ...
