What was the situation in Rheinland?
Quick answers needed.
Why? I'm planning to create a certain "group". To do so I need to set the "recruitment" time back to the early days after the nomad war.

From what I've read off info cards and such, Rheinland has a new government after they overthrew the nomad infested one. They still aren't as strong as before, but they have pretty much recovered.

Just to match the number of nomad sub-factions and affiliated or infiltrated individuals™ that go with them, I guess?
Also, your faction could have emerged pretty soon after the 'war', I'd go with 802.
