Freelancer 2 - The_Reaper - 01-23-2011 well you got it, what do you think? Freelancer 2 - Tomtomrawr - 01-23-2011 New games are in production. I doubt they'll turn back to this old idea now. Many other games will come like what is FL, like Black Prophecy right now. Maybe one day Microsoft will sell rights for creating Freelancer 2. Freelancer 2 - hribek - 01-23-2011 No, you are doomed to play this pixelated nonsense forever. Freelancer 2 - Bobthemanofsteel - 01-23-2011 'Lots of players' is actually a very, very, very small portion of the Gaming world. Freelancer 2 - Strichev - 01-23-2011 Can you imagine discovery GC 20 years from now...antique computers that are ilegal due to confirmed health hazards used by a bunch of addicted players who also run a museum. A game passed down from generation to generation... Freelancer 2 - VoluptaBox - 01-23-2011 Yep, I doubt, really doubt, that they'll make a sequel....sad:(. Freelancer 2 - jxie93 - 01-23-2011 Chances are the cancelled Freelancer 2 project is collecting dust somewhere in Micro$haft's basement and will continue to do so in the foreseeable future. Hell they won't even release the source code for Freelancer after a series of petitions. Unless M$ is convinced that Freelancer 2 will make them a ridiculous amount of money, which it won't since Freelancer is a long forgotten gem hidden by many big names, they'll continue to ignore us fans in small pockets of dying communities. Freelancer 2 - Strichev - 01-23-2011 I disagree, communities are not dying...they are rather passing through a quick evolution from gaming communities to museums. Dn't throw your old computer away...store it and play freelancer forever! Oh and make sure you have children...to pass this game on. Ok. Enough +1 ing. Bailing out. |
