was it desirable to know? and why is not it in a game device of cloak, how in an original for all of users - players? It seems to me so it would be interesting....is it possible to do Device which does a cloak concealment of player and here utillizes energy and included by the button set a player in a menu - management?

balancing a cloak is difficult - the major concern is pvp advantage vs. lore advantage
quite some factions feel that they deserve a cloaking, others will bend their lore so they can justify one, too - and in the end it might come down to people who are prominent enough to get a cloak for "their" faction.
that is only the beginning
the next step is balancing so that it is an exciting RP feature but not a tremendous pvp advantage
and lastly there are the rules of combat

Player cloaking devices will never be implemented in the Discovery mod and there are many reasons for this. Suffice to say the mod creator, Igiss, had the final word on not having cloaking devices.

I do not understand you! In fact if a device was, large possibilities would confide in a server...Think - you are a merchant, pirates ( independently boats or players ) got, utillizing the device of cloak it is possible to trade quietly, but it is possible to do that not everywhere you could fly quietly with disguise, for example is Sputnik which in a radius ~ 10000m disconnects the device of cloak, but if to destroy this sputnik, accordingly you can continue disguise, flying nowhere, being afraid to break a rule RP...Really interestingly?
