As you know, our friendship spins around many generations of co-operation and this is common, if not publicised knowledge in Kusari.
And as you also know, the Hogosha liaise on a need to know basis with certain Kusari agencies, some more clandestine than others. And to cut it short, it is in this light that we have been asked to provide an introduction to the Corsairs for a Kusari Secret Service Agency known as The Kempeitai.
The Kempeitai have the direct ear of the Emperor and have a number of highly skilled specialist Units operating in the most dangerous of circumstances.....One such Unit being The Dragons Tooth, a team of pilots who are trained to undertake the deadliest and riskiest missions in the most desperate situations, including clandestine operations from foriegn bases. Even the Hogosha respect and admire these crews and it is known by us of their skilled tactical approach in the Kusari war against Bretonia.
Bluntly put...it seems that the Dragons Tooth would like to negotiate the use of a Corsair base from which to launch attacks against Bretonia, to deflect the increasing threat from Outcasts, as well as for intelligence gathering purposes. Maybe if they are prepared to do that then the Corsairs, Hogosha and even the Gaians would benefit?
So as leader of the Black Dragon Society I have agreed to personally endorse the Dragons Tooth, something The Emperor could never do in public, and approach you for an audience on behalf of their leader, Commander Yamakazi, a trusted friend and ally.
Obviously.. I'd be willing to take part in any discussion that may take place if you need me, but I understand the sensitivity of some of the issues that may arise.
I trust that I have opened a doorway for some mutual benefits. All parties have my best regards.

possibilities in this arrangement, but of course - we need to discuss this more
thoroughly.
Both Takata Ran of the Hogohsha's Black Dragon Society and Commander
Yamakazi of the Kempeitai are granted an audience with the Elder Council.
Even if we might not talk about everything in front of each other, I'm sure
there will be enough subjects for two separate dealings.
The Elders are looking forward to your visit. Just let us know when are we to

Well, thank you for your commitment to joining the discussion, I can imagine how some might view this idea with distrust, even though I believe it misplaced. However, I am pleased that you are prepared to allow Commander Yamakazi an audience, I think he deserves that and I would not have made the approach otherwise, I carry the pride of Hogosha with my words.
That said, I have arranged to gather one or two close Hogosha Agents and rendezvous with the Commander and his party in the next 24 hours for onwards travel to Gamma. We will be flying in a Hogosha marked ship, so there will be no cause for raised eyebrows.
The Commander is delighted to have this opportunity to make representations to the Elders and knows well enough to observe all boundaries of respect to the Corsairs. I look forward to facilitating your discussions.
