Greetings Admin team. I apologise for wasting your valuable time, I've just been wondering if there's any possibility that a mate of mine could get his characters back, despite that his computer died two days ago. Mainly, the HD got corrupted, which he had to replace.
I have warned him now to e-mail himself the account codes next time, if You could help us about this please.
Some of his character's names are:

-Michael.Steiner
-Shaf.Hauzen

If his statement is accurate, he should have two accounts - one full and the other one contains three characters.

I'd be very greatful if You could put the codes on all of them so he could get 'em back. I'm sorry, and this won't happen again.

-Thank You, Godspeed.

Speaking for very recent experience here. PM an admin and ask them to set the movechar code for you. Then simply move the ships to a new account.

Once you do that I'd back them up. I personally use dropbox to do this. You simply put the ADF in your dropbox folder on your machine and it syncs it with your cloud storage dropbox gives you (2GB free). If you have multiple computers and install dropbox on all it will sync anything in the folder to all computers also. So you'll have the back up in the cloud and on another machine.

Basically the same as using pen drive or e mail:)
