To the one who commands the HMS~Valiant - dexben - 02-13-2011

I am not pleased. In fact i am very very very very annoyed right now.

First off this is the proof that <strike>fool</strike> dishonerable commander did NOT give me time to upload before disabling my new corvoy and causing untold damage.

BAF|Adm.Sir.M.Bridge: Well. If you're ever caught farther than 20k you'll be arrested again. The only case you will fly further is to leave ...
BAF|Adm.Sir.M.Bridge: Bretonia, or to enter it and join the Hood immediately.
Death: Gimpochino_Fantastico was killed by a hostile vessel.
The.Guardian.Angel: thank you admiral bridge appreciated
The.Guardian.Angel: this craft shal cause you no trouble i guarantee it
CONSOLE: Possible cheating detected: crafter
BAF|Adm.Sir.M.Bridge: You're welcomed. Take it as a favor. But if I even know you broke your word this clearance will be revoked.
The.Guardian.Angel: I understand sir
The.Guardian.Angel: // yay
<Unknown>: //yey
BAF|Adm.Sir.M.Bridge: //screen my words in case you need to argue with more BAFs in the future
BAF|Adm.Sir.M.Bridge: //could be helpfull
The.Guardian.Angel: // Thank you admiral

i will also include the chat log of this encounter for all too see how much of a asshat this man really is and how undeserving he is to fly such a ship.

Evening ladies and gentlemen.

I confirm this clearance stated a radius of twenty klicks (20k) around the Hood, and that the Valiant was present when I issued this special authorization (clearance#45512). The earlier talks indeed mentioned a 10k radius that I overrided later on and I believe it to be an explanation for the confusion here. In any case the consequences of an infringement were set to an arrestation procedure, not to a termination procedure, and the use of a battleship to answer a class C offense is questionable.

The input of the command desk officers of the Valiant is highly desired prior to a definitive decision on that particular case. This decision will of course depend on your cooperation, captain.

Regards,

Admiral Sir Martin Bridge.

I would also stress on the fact that calling a captain from any fleet a "fool" is highly inappropriate due to the natural respect for such rank should entail, and that the gathering of the martial court is the power of the Admiralty Board only.

My apologies admiral i communicated when most angry and hurt. Having just spent a LOT of credits on fixing the ship up and the time my crew and myself have spent making her space worthy again and in line with what one would call a proper ship in ship shape.. to have it damaged so badly was .. painfull. i retract my fool statement and will let the admiralty decide on this matter.

This is Jack Henderson, IMG Dublin Operations Coordinator speaking.

The person that was shot at is under my guardianship. I take this uncalled for act of wanton violence personal to the highest degree. So I had a talk to the Officer.

Here is some more evidence that prove that the Officer responsible for the shooting had no idea about the orders he was enforcing with violence, thus willingly risking another round of open warfare in a still tense environment.

This is unacceptable and calls for consequences.

Valiant, you were supposed to report at least two days ago. The commission will take point of that. Answer the accusations and give your version here or we'll have to interpret the matter solely on the point of view of the complainant. There won't be a third warning.

Admiral Sir Martin Bridge.

To the one who commands the HMS~Valiant - Jack_Henderson - 02-18-2011

Okay, Sir, there has been another incident with HMS~Valiant today and again it was IMG property that was blown up.

I was defending BAF vessels against Corsair bombers and Bretonian Armed Forces had already suffered some losses, when I was taken out by a battleship missile that was fired into the bombers that I was chasing down. This is what I thought first.

It looked like a case of friendly fire, which I'd not count as open hostility even though it is HIGHLY against Rules of Engagement to fire weapons of mass destructions into friendly fighting groups. Yes, I consider myself a friendly to BAF and a Bretonian, even though I'm with the IMG.

Even in case it was an accident, I would have expected some professional behaviour. I expected too much, I guess. "Meh, mistakes happen" (see evidence file) and after that scorning me for not dodging a missile bigger than my ship was the reaction of the fine captain.

After my pod was returned to Hood, I sat there, screening the comm channels from the hospital where I was being treated for minor injuries.

Your Captain and his friend sexually insulted female IMG personel verbally, expressed their hatred against IMG and cheered at the destruction of my ship.

This leads me to believe that this was perhaps not a case of friendly fire. The Commanding Officer aimed the missile at me or he just willingly fired at the swarm with my ship inside, both seems not so unlikely after what was being said after the destruction.

I am deeply annoyed because this is the second IMG vessel to be destroyed by the same BAF Battleship in just one week. I am angry about the way the Commanding Officer and his friend sexually insulted Anna.McCarthy, who is my protegee.

I can only strongly advise you to act against said ship, if this in your power. The ship is out there to disrupt the peace between IMG and BAF and we have seen last week how easy we can be pushed into a shooting war by thugs like the battleship captain and his Outcast lapdog.

Included: << EVIDENCE FILE #2 >>

Sorry to bother you with this again, but this ship is trouble to us. And something must be done.

Your sincerely,

Jack Henderson

It's me again, with bad news from your very special Battleship Captain.

Situation: I brought a pod with Mr. Adam.Patterson, a BMM Vigilante, back to Bretonian Space to show him that we are not willing to fight him, but we do when forced. This act of humanitarian aid was used against me in the following, with the help of the BAF Commander.

The Commander of HMS~Valiant approached and sat 2 k near Essex. Suddenly a Mendalorian Mercenary started to shoot at me, 0,5 k from Essex. He clearly had the permission to do that from HMS~Valiant. The Merc was claiming later that he was collecting bounties for the Outcasts.

But that's not all. After attacking a Bretonian civilian, me, in direct vicinity of Essex - the Merc requested HMS~Valiant to restrict my docking rights on Essex in order to make an escape onto the ship impossible. It's not happening often that I dock there, but after having rescued a downed BMM troublemaker, I would have thought the BAF would repay me some kindness.

Valiant closed the docking procedures for 5 minutes (see evidence file), thus giving the Merc free hand in doing what he wanted to do.

Without bots, bats and mines from the Patterson fight, I evaded the Merc and ran to Arranmore, with the Merc chasing me. So he disengaged at the sight of the Arranmore field Molly protection group.

Okay, I don't know what you can do. Do anything. Something. This Commander is openly assisting the attacks of criminals on Bretonian civilians. I don't know what I can do, it's certainly not in IMG's power or interest to bomb a Bretonian Battleship. So I sincerely hope you can act against the captain.

I'd like to express my gratitude for the successful removal of HMS~Valiant from the Dublin sphere. The prime victims of the Comander's deeds, Ms.McCarthy and myself, were present when the ship was escorted out if Dublin by BAF personel peacefully.

I hope that the removal will serve to calm down Dublin.
It certainly satisfied the IMG's wish for justice in this case.

Thank you for your swift action,

Jack Henderson
