Any kind of flaming, threatening or insulting language directed at other members, factions or server administrators in chat, public or private, is prohibited on server and on forums. RP-related threats are allowed on the server.
3.2 All messages in system chat must be in understandable English.
3.4 Threatening other players with reports and sanctions, attempting to pose as an Admin and using an Admin's name without permission is not allowed.
Consequences: Yea, I'm sure you know the "serverrulz". Thus you know that when you swear at someone you get off the server for 14 days. That when you make threats of reports and ban you loose equipment and/or credits. Ultimately you also know that swearing in German doesn't protect you from us. So to make it short and sweet, Post here in 14 days and your mining ship has been stripped to the bone.

I have decided to answer to my ban.
Yes i flamed and im sorry about it
and yes i know the "Server Rules". no need to talk to me like im a "lolwut". im out of that age.
the person that got flamed by me was camping the jumpgate that leads to new tokyo. i went through in honshu and on the other end there he was.
as far as i know this is not allowed. named person wanted that i drop all cargo so i fled. or at least tried to.
he killed me and i was really mad about that. i was literally driven out of my skin and so continued flaming in german.
hereby i declare my apology and i hope that you can accept it.
