Problem with my storage ship - ryoken - 02-16-2011
Ok i have a storage ship which i have had quite some time now. Stores CODE's/guns/high end equipment,and "pilots" for RP purposes. Last couple day i transfered a bunch of pilots (liberty GB captains/comanders/admirals i took off Order BS) to a transport.Then sent it to meet my storage ship. Did a transfer to storage,hit accept on both,and poof! they did not transfer.Trade window closed,but still on original ship. So i tried dumping in space,and tractoring.Showed tractor beams,but did not bring in. I traded some CODE's,and same. They would transfer off storage ship,but not onto it. I have no more then 5or 6 of each code,and at most 150 pilots so i do not think my ship got corupted.I have no cash on it,so same.
Anyone got any idea's?
Admins or Devs your idea's would also be nice.

If you have somewhere around 100 separate non-stackable items in your ship, you cannot tractor anything else in.
Count how many unmounted codenames you have. All of them, even if you have multiples of the same kind. Then count how many different kinds of commodities/pilots you have in your cargo hold.
If that number is close to 100, you've probably got too much stuff. I've had this problem a few times in the past as well. My solution? Make several storage ships.

Ok thx. i got about 50 CODE's. Add the pilots,and other gear i was probly near 100. I sold off the pilots,and alot of the lvl9 weapons i had stored there.As soon as server hits low count i will test it,and see if i can tractor now. A bit of a shame. I had 2200 Xenos.Was going to get enough to fill my Salvager,and then go bug the xenos,and see if they could catch me. Oh well.
