One of my intelligence assets was investigating the presence of LSF Operatives in the Kepler System. After gathering the necessary intel he reported to me that he was about to head back to Kusari jurisdiction. However, it seemed that he was halted by the LSF on the way.
According to the provided conversation logs, they were trying to hire him for a possible intelligence mission in the Hamburg system. The LSF were apparently interested in Rheinland Capital Ships being launched from there. I don't know for what reasons but since this involved Rheinland I wished to forward it to you.
We are well aware that the identity of one of our spies is being compromised with these evidence being sent to you, so we will be forced to change it.

The LSF must be sinking rather low to be conscripting random civilians to do their dirty work, looks like this time they hit the hornet's nest. I have to say their portrayed incompetence is surprising even to someone who regularly keeps encountering it.
