Dear Sir's/Madame's

Guten tagg and Good Evening. I am Malcom Strand the Cheif Director of Orbital Spa and Cruise. There is a certain Issue with the Embargo for the company. Currently the Embargo dissallow's my company to be able to transport goods to supply Orbital Spa and Cruise base's around Sirius. THis has lead to a rapid decrease in the services we can offer at our resort's. For which I would like you to make more allowances for Orbital Spa and Cruise with in the confines of the Embargo.

This then also brings me to the House of Rheinland. Currently with in your laws Orbital Spa and Cruise can barely get any of the needed supplies to Baden Baden. I request that the Law is changed to allow Orbital spa and Cruise to carry the various goods we require, not only for Baden Baden but also for our other base's too. Why you may ask does this help you. It helps you in building a stronger ecomony, allows Orbital spa and Cruise to recruit more Rheinlanders like myself and you, only adding even more to the ecomony.

I am Providing a list of goods we cannot currently legally carry:

Luxury Food
Luxury Consumer Goods
Consumer Goods
Gold
Silver
Platinum
Pharmacuticals
Oxygen
Water
Food Rations
Tobacco
Wine
Holo-tainment Bands
Synth Paste
H-Fuel
Light arms
Nano-Capacitors
Plutionium for Liner Power cores
And Pineal Amulet's

Each Good that is needed to transport is for the company only for suppling our base's so that our customers can get what they came for.

I realise both of you may find it unlikely to allow certain goods, but I assure you they will be kept with in our hands and not your enemies. Furthermore I will be welcome to restrictons in regards to ammounts for certain goods. I hope you will be able to look over the mandate with ease and thus see why our service's are not at full ratings at this time.

My name is Siegfried Heilner, I am a representative of the Rheinland Bundestag. I have been elected to respond to your transmission.

Your company is one of the largest in Sirius and it is impossible for us to monitor every single shipment you make. Promising that you would not assist our enemies in any way with the supplies we allow you to carry is nothing we can rely on.

It is truly charming how you offered to take our already decreasing labor force abroad and make them the lackeys of Liberty companies, however I am afraid I have to decline such an opportunity.

I am also hardly confident that Baden Baden does not receive any supplies, since Rheinland shipping agents regularly travel to the colony. If you feel that you lack the reserves of the said goods, I suggest making a contract with Republican Shipping or any other Rheinland company to intensify their shipments to OSC installations, however our restrictions to OSC itself will remain unchanged.

Guten Tagg.

Am I right in what I heard. Liberty Companies? We do not pass our employee's to any House Company Sir. A man in your position should already know that, and know the company for whom I work for is in no way a Liberty Company. Which I have a sneaky suspision that is what you are referring too For which I can say Orbital Spa and Cruise is not a Liberty Corp.

I would rather prefer Orbital Spa and cruise supplied there own base's. Especially for the following reason's:
1- The production of Luxury Consumer Goods reside's on Planet Manhattan. By denying OSC to be able to carry it in to Rheinland will be putting a stop of being able to offer our customers in the House of Rheinland, special Present's, Gifts and a huge varity of en-riching and High value item's.
2- The production of Luxury food reside's on Planet Stuttgart from which I am born, is highly wanted at all our base's across Sirius. Fetching rather steep prices, for which we can make sure that those companies whom make it get more then there fair share in return. Especially at Planet Curacao, in which I believe Rheinland companies will not be wanting to go there.
3- Supplying the Shetland with fuel is near impossible. Due to the Embargo placed by Kusari on Liberty. And due to that GMG has not made a single shipment to it either. It has become extremely underpowered and unable to operate for any lengh of time.
4- Diamonds are highly prized especially at the Shetland and the Hawaii.
5- Plutonium is also needed to run both the Hawaii and the Shetland, for no reason would that good be crossing the border of Rheinland in to Liberty, but to other neighbours in which there is barely a chance of it being used by Liberty against yourselves.
6- Food Rations are needed at all our resorts for our staff along with other food suppliments.
7- Pharmacuticals are needed incase of accidents with in the work force at Baden Baden. A few days ago we had 4 Rheinlanders go to the only Hospital on Baden Baden only to die from something that is so easily curable, but your law is at the heart of that as we cannot supply it as easily from Bretionia, for which has the nearest Facilty to produce it.

Need I go on with these examples and reason's, when it is costing your House these problems. Baden Baden is a planet rife with crime. Do you know why! Because we can't control it and very little is done about it by your Government. Would your Kanzler like to take a two week Holiday on Baden Baden in its current state? I think not. You can easily find the answer as to why he would not yourself's as it is reasons why we need to supply Baden Baden ourselves.

All I ask is for you to look at it in a much more serious note, as it appears you have not.

The same way Interspace Commerce tries to argue against us labeling them as a Liberty company, our standpoint on the said matter will not change. You may operate all over Sirius, but you still originate from Liberty, along with the majority of your clients. Republican Shipping, Daumann or Kruger minerals have influence all over Sirius as well, that will not change the fact that they are banned from Liberty and shot down upon entry.

If the flow of commerce is that important to you, persuade your government to lift the ban on Rheinland companies from Liberty. Until that happens, you should appreciate that we allow you leasing to transport passengers and tourists at all.

As I previously suggested; if you seriously think Baden Baden is so under-supplied or neglected, request the assistance of a RheinlÃ¤nder corporation in the matter.

Sir, let me get this straight. You believe My company is a Libertionian Company. It is not, nor did it originate from just Liberty. Please do not insult my knowledge of the company I work for.

Orbital Spa and Cruise Originated from Several Companies grouping together, in which was a very difficult time for the catering Industry. We the Brought out many other Companies. Over 80% of the original Companies that founded Orbital Spa and Cruise were not Liberty Companies. I am finding it hard that you believe petty romours.

I like the next Statement alot. persuade your government to lift the ban on Rheinland companies from Liberty. Until that happens, you should appreciate that we allow you leasing to transport passengers and tourists at all. Don't know what I can do as I am already talking to my own Government, to whom I am finding to be very rude and making me feel bad to be a Rheinlander.

In the Meantime i will talk to other Companies with in Rheinland to see what they are willing to ship. But remember this I don't care how the goods get to where they need to be. If it is by Illegal means so be it. But that will be of your own doing, not mine as I do not want to be pushed in to that situation, nor does this company. And nor do our Customers for which you are more likely to be facing problems with more so than Myself.

It has been very untouching to speak with you.

The only Insult's that have been mention are coming from you. I find it very hard as to see why you was given the position you hold. Nor have I given any threat's.

You were making insults by claiming that I rely on petty rumors which happen to be governmental decisions of my colleagues and ancestors. You are again insulting by saying that we make you feel bad for being a RheinlÃ¤nder, which is a direct attack on your government. Saying that you don't see how I was appointed to this position is yet another insult from your side.

You are threatening by saying that will resort to illegal methods to keep your business flowing. You are also threatening that your consumers may decide to cause us problems as a result of you being unable to accept a regulation that has been in effect for more than two years.

In case you are wondering, I was appointed to this position specifically because I stand up for something that already has been decided and is not a subject to change. What can be changed is the degree of supplies which your colonies receive, and to achieve that you need to talk to the representatives of Rheinland's corporations.

All I have to say is, believe what you will. Even if it is because you misintrepret, and make decisions based on false information. False Information being OSC is a Liberty Company for which it has never been, never has and never will be even when I have told you so, and shown you certain proves of this, yet I continue to be shunned in this manner.

For Now I will be no longer Making talk's to either the Government's of Rheinland or Liberty, as there is no need for me to do so.

But please do expect Mail being Delivered to the Rheinland Office's each month.
