Good Morning Admirality of the Bretionian Armed Forces.

I am Imperator Davis Williams, and there has come a certain problem that my company is now unsure of. It is Simply one thing and one thing alone. Where in Dublin is Soveirgn Space Defined?

I hope that I can recieve an answer as soon as possible to make sure that we can claim bounties on pirates in those area's, and have knowledge where is actually where in Dublin.

Signed

I D Williams

Sir

The following should assist you:

The Dublin Protocol

Trusting the above is sufficiently clear,

Fleet Admiral James Ralston.

Seem sto be as I thought Admiral Ralston. But it still confuse's me. For which case I shall get right to the point. Venator Private Security has hired a IMG Carrier that is tasked being a mobile base. We would prefer that it operates near the Battleship Hood. But from there Nueral Channel you have given me, it does not clearly show the Nuetral Area is not Soverign Space. For which I have been hearing from your men in space that it is not. You can see my reason's for confusion.

I hope that it can be clearly identified either way to myself. Once it has I will then move to act in the required capacity that is needed for that ship to operate Legally.

Signed

I D Williams

Good day sir,
I hope i find you well.

As the Admiral has stated, Her Majesties Armed Forces have reviewed the Dublin situation and the Fleet Admiral and his advisores have decided to enact The Dublin Protocol to try and make the system a safer place.
However,
Dublin is still Bretonian Soverign space, therefore to station a rather large carrier in the Dublin system is still against Bretonian law and would be asked to leave.

I have worked with VPS in the past and, indeed, have paid a few bounty payments for thier fine work. As i am sure that you are aware that i am the Bounty officer for Bretonia. And i am also aware that VPS has a contract with Gateway Interstellar for escort and security.
So believe me, i am aware of VPS.

I wish you luck in requesting the permissions needed, but in all honesty, i dont think it will be granted.

Yours aye
Cdre Jack Frost

Comm. ID: Senator Cletus Morales.
Location: Omega-49 '€“ Carrier Fidei Defensor.
Recipient: BAF admiralty
Subject: Right of passage.

Good day sirs,

Firstly to remove any doubts you have about the usage of such a vessel; the Defensor is a carrier, and it will act as such, not, unless under extreme situations, as a battleship. The vessel is currently in omega 49, to avoid any diplomatic incident.

While I do understand that you will have to consider a Dublin-wide permission, for now perhaps a limited ability to enter the Battleship Hood'€™s space would allow us to use the Carrier at its full, logistical, potential.

Thank you,
Senator Morales.

Commondore Jack Frost it is very good to see you again. I do not understand you arguing to the point that you have argued it seems, erm how can I say it. That VPS is un heard of in a sense if you get what I am trying to say. All of Venator Private Security's employee's know they are widely known in the Bretionian Armed Forces.

I have had to ask in this manner of questioning, due to that a few Officers had done nothing when my employee's had brought the carrier in from the tau systems, knowingly without permission to the Dublin system. In which again a few Officers have not ordered my employee's to remove it from Dublin. With the knowledge now given to me I know can deal with my employee's in the proper manner. And to which I hope they have not caused a major problem to yourselves.

Thank you very Kindly for the information provided upon request.

Kind Regards Commondore Jack Frost
