The dire nature of the Premier's injuries, combined with the lack of proper medical facilities at Freeport 14, leave me with no choice but to agree to your terms. Myself and the Premier boarded a Zoner transport that brought us to the Battleship Ottawa, where I have surrendered.
I do not care what you do with me, I am resigned to my fate, but I beg that the Premier be treated. The consequences... they are beyond unbearable to think about. Millions of people's freedom depend on him, senor, he is a beacon in a very dark place.

The medical facilities on San Jacinto base are second to none. You personally shall be confined to comfortable quarters during your stay. You will be permitted to use the recreational decks, under guard, and will be able to visit Mr Katz in the medical wing, however I can't allow you free reign of the base. I will set up a method by which you can contact the segment of the SCRA which remains loyal to you and Mr Katz, however I will have to screen any tranmissions to avoid giving away possibly sensitive information regarding our facilities in Virginia.
The LLS (Liberty Logistical Ship) San Mateo will arrive at the battleship Ottawa within the hour, and will transport you and Mr Katz to the Virginia system, I will personally meet you on San Jacinto station.
