I will keep this short just writing this makes me sick.

Today one of you commanders took it upon himself to disable a mafic class escort ship more specifically MY
mafic class escort ship. Thankfully i am unhurt and the mafic only sustained minor damage....

However the means in which it was disabled leave a bad taste in my mouth. May i remind the commander who will in no doubt read this message at some point, the LAW considering the no fly zone around the essex.

1: All hedgemon class mining vessels are banned from docking on the Battleship Essex except in emergencies that would result in direct damage to the mining vessel. Fighter craft are encouraged not to linger, but no action will be taken under normal conditions.

Statment of fact a mafic especially under the [E] tag which mine so rightly is, IS a fighter craft not a mining ship.
Agreed it may shoot rocks but its use is primarily as a anti pirate support vessel .. it does not carry fighter weaponry and a snac for shooting rocks now does it ... also would like to point out its classification is a SUPER HEAVY FIGHTER..

1a. Warning. This should proceed all other punitive actions.

2. A fine of no less or more then two million credits.

3. Arrest, or other measures should they be needed.

The officer in question (even though i reiterated i was under ion storm conditions) took it upon himself to ignore points 1, 2 and 3 in this law. There was no mention of a fine there was no mention of an arrest. As usuall it was BAF strong arm i can shoot you and im going to do tactics ..... This is unacceptable .. What are you teaching your officers in the academy ? to ignore laws and rules and do as they damn well please ?

Indeed a pirate was talking to the commander as this was going on and blew a trader and his 5000 ore up and laughed while the commander did nothing ... he was too busy shooting his mouth off and his guns at a BMM- fighter ship who was sat 500k off the essex not doing anything. And the BAF call this protection ???

Officer in question was a Lt.Cmdr.Jason.Charles i would have expected better from one in such a position.

Deal with it and fast it is bad enough in dublin dodging the scum who come there daily to deprive the crown of its much needed revenue without BMM employees having to dodge fire from those who are supposed to be our main protectors.

I see no photos of the encounter, which means I cannot act on anything you've said. To take action I require proof of what truly transpired, especially when the description of events is as chaotic and cluttered as your own.

That said, fighters are not to linger. It says it right there in the law, so don't linger. It is really quite simple. If you are not there for a specific purpose, then leave. Battleship Essex is a military zone for use by military ships. You don't just "Sit there in my Mafic." If you want to sit in your Mafic, do so at Graves.

From what I read, it seems you are saying Lieutenant Commander Charles did not warn you before you fired? If so, I need you to send any photo evidence so appropriate action can be taken, assuming he did something wrong.

In the future, do not linger near Battleship Essex.

Looks to me like you were give ample warning and time to leave the vicinity of Essex Mr. Allen. Your ship is not part of our military, and as such is not to be within the vicinity of Essex except for short periods of time and for specific reasons.

As far as I'm concerned, this case is closed.

Dear Commodore Evyn Hunter, I have reviewed the evidence. I apologize for my pilot's actions. I will do my best to make sure it doesn't happen again
