Greetings, Colonel,
Based on what you have told me, Colonel, it is I that owes you. Still, I am totally clueless as to what is going on. All I know is that I was headed home from a conference and made a stop to meet Premier Katz. I had no idea at the time nor do I still have any idea who this Volkhan is or what his motives are so yes, I am a good deal angry right now that the lives of my shuttle crew and my own TAZ people were put in danger, especially when the cruise engines of my shuttle were knocked out.
So, with all due respect, Colonel, I would like some sort of report on just what is going on. I would also like to know where Premier Katz is.

I'll be blunt. Premier Katz has been betrayed, he was tortured and is on the verge of dying. We've managed to escape to Freeport 14, unfortunately time was of the essence, and the only hope for Katz was for General Alvarez to surrender himself to the Liberty Navy. They promised to give Katz the best medical care possible. Alvarez has put me in charge of the resistance efforts.
As for the Volkhan, forces loyal to him have seized Omega-52. In short, the Coalition is under his brutal command. There are a few of us, however, that defied the Volkhan. We managed to escape before the Volkhan's Commissars implanted the Nerve Staples in us, a device that ensures loyalty. It releases a "feel good" chemical should you comply, and hail the Volkhan. Electrocution and death if you don't. In short, this device removes free thought. All that's left of us still loyal to Katz so far is one Typhoon and a mere handful of Snub-craft.
Beware of the Volkhan, my friends. He will not hesitate to kill you should you give him reason to.

Thank you, Colonel, for the information. I am most concerned about Premier Katz. Freeport 14 you say? I can be there in half a day if needed. I have all of Alvin's files and charts. Don't let outside medical take care of someone that I know a lot better. I owe the Premier that for his friendship. Nevermind how I'll get there but I will say that my shuttle's engines are junk and are being replaced.
I cannot fly Med.Force.One there but I have more than enough that I can bring with me and I'm sure the medical facilities there are more than adequate.
*sighs*
I doubt there is much I can do for General Alvarez but if I can, please let me know.
And if you can get me a sample of this "nerve staple" device, I would appreciate it. Perhaps I can find a way to reverse it. In the meanwhile, I must get ready to treat Alvin. Give me the clearance to do so and I'll be on my way.
