I am glad that you escaped that mucho locco fascist the Volkhan... Premier Katz is aboard San Jacinto where the doctores here are trying to get him stable enough to enter surgery. The Prognosis is not good, Mi Amigo, they tell me that the damage done is extensive, and that he may have suffered a stroke induced by the torture in the Chamber...
If there is anything you can do, contact Fleet Admiral Hale... I am under guard here on the station. My communications are monitored, there is nothing more I can say... except that if you need transport, contact the Brotherhood, they have ships near to your position... they may not have reason to help Katz, but I am sure that they know that of the two they'd rather face, a religious despot hell bent on destruction, or a diplomat, I think they will aide you, at least in getting you to a place where you can get alternate transport.
