Officers and personnel of the G41 Flotte;
Reports of ruthless treason were forwarded to my desk just a minute ago. Two of your vessels, the RNC-[G41]Ems, a cruiser and the RNC-[G41]Freiheit attempted to "arrest" a Rheinwehr patrol lead by Major Mauser commanding the Korvette Hansa, an attempt that ended with the demise of the two G41 ships.
The background of the case is as follows:
A reserve gunboat, the RNC-Bremenhaven and the Korvette Hansa under Hauptflotte Major Mauser intercepted an Orbital Spa and Cruise Liner in Omega-7 carrying Silver Ore, the OS&C-Sevastopol. Allow me to direct your attention to Article three, paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Rheinland laws, according to which it is unlawful for Orbital Spa and Cruise vessels to carry silver ore. Since the liner failed the comply with the patrol's demand to drop the ore, it was destroyed as a consequence.
The Hansa and the Bremenhaven alike, acted according to the laws of Rheinland and prosecuted this criminal element.
Close to the conclusion of their patrol, the aforementioned vessels were intercepted by the Ems and the Freiheit, two of your ships. They attempted to "arrest" the Major and his personnel, regardless of their explanation on the case.

Death threats, arrest attempts, disrupting and even launching mortars at Rheinwehr personnel, all that inspired by the loss of a sole liner loaded with illegal material. Needless to say, these two ships were convicted and the death sentence was carried out, unknown if it resulted in success but the ships were destroyed.
It is rather obvious to us that the captains of these ships were corrupted by the OSC liner's personnel. Even if that is not so, they are unfit to lead Rheinwehr capital ships and are relieved of command.
As for the G41 in general, I do hope you are willing to cooperate with us regarding this case and will dismiss these malignants from your ranks. If you chose to decide otherwise or disregard our transmission in the next 48 hours, your entire division will be held responsible for corruption, assault and treason.
