When I was patroling Cortez, I received information that Junkers and Blood Dragon were pirating close to planet Curacao. And thats not all, in yesterday battle in Hudson lead by Admiral Hale, we defeated Rhienland Fleet, however 1 junker in super heavy recycler with SANC were running around battlefield getting in the way, and I noticed myself that he assisted Rheinalnd forces in shoting to Navy when [RM] wing arrived, I did not got any proves, but I saw him shoting to my gunboat with [RM] forces, so please trust my word. The reason why I m sending this raport is not only to deal wtih those Junkers who break law here. On many patrols I saw how Pirates and outcasts and smulgers were landing on Junker base Rochester. Alot junkers fly around liberty in illegal ships: ( Pirate trains and Pirate transports ignoring or acting like they not know that it is illegal ship ), we try to escort tham out, but many of tham try to escape and sometime they assist pirates. Also, when junker is comming to Detroid with GOld ore on board, I dont belive they bought it. Junkers meaby act like they are lawfull and follow rules, but now I belive they do many illegal operations behind our backs. Using SUper Heavy Recycler as bomber because it can have SANC give Junkers high possibility to assist pirates or hostile forces, and is very good ship to pirate traders. Even if they pirate outside of liberty, Liberty and Bretonia traders are targeted. And many pirates and hostile forces like to use junker base Rochester as outpost for they attacks. So far we tolerated junkers even knowing that they do some troubles, however after watching those proves, I ask to reconsider taking any sort of action or at last putting Super Heavy Recycler in Junker hards as danger ship what can be used in pirating operations and to support Liberty enemys. However, if after sufficient whining and complaining has been endured, the captain still isn't complying with the officers orders, the officer has the authority to impose a fine on the captain for failure to yield. Usually, the mere mention of a fine will get the transport high-tailing it out of Liberty. If the ship captain continues to refuse to leave Liberty, the officer has the authority to fire on the ship and destroy it if necessary. Moving onto the Junker ship known as the "Recycler". As far as I know, this ship has passed all safety tests and is cleared for flight within Liberty, registered as a Super Heavy Bomber. The Junkers use the ship as a defence ship to escort their ships around the dangerous scrap fields in Liberty and abroad. Of course, some of these ships will be used by nefarious characters to break the law within Liberty, however most of these vessels are utilised by the Junkers simply doing their daily duties. Many times in combat, I've seen civilian and borderworld ships used against me - This doesn't mean we're going to ban the lines from Liberty.
