I am sending this message because the Bretonia Armed Forces has received information that the Liberty Navy is using Bretonia equipment against Rheinland. As I'm sure you're no doubt aware, we have a tumultuous relationship with Rheinland at best, and it is vital to our economy and ability to keep our military running, that we have access not just to Liberty's market, but Rheinland's as well.

By using Bretonian equipment in combat against Rheinland assets, you damage our relationship not just with Rheinland, but our relationship with Liberty as well. We want to keep our relationship with both nations to an amiable level.

The specific incident that we were made aware of is that one of our bombers was used in the Bering system by a "Virgil Redline" against a Rheinland cruiser named "Schmiedehammer." This was roughly two weeks ago. The Rheinland Military approached us about this situation.

This use of Bretonian technology is a breach of this agreement, where the Liberty Navy guaranteed that all Challenger bombers they had would be handed over to the Liberty Police company, and that only a few exceptions of our weapons would remain in use by the Navy's fighters.

The purpose of this transmission is to hear Liberty's side of the story in regards to the Bering incident, if you contest what Rheinland has said, as well as reconfirming the Liberty Navy's agreement to give over all Challenger bombers to the police for their use on criminal targets only.
