Welcome to the Kusari Civilian Technology Council.
Sales of Kusari civilian vessels will now be handled by this office.

All Kusari civilian ships are constructed using the most advanced methods in Sirius.
Known throughout the sector for not only their superb craftsmanship, but also for their level of comfort and luxury.
Each vessel is a work of art, it's beauty only matched by it's functionality.

Note: Samura heavy Industries and Kishiro Technologies have co-developed a tamper proof self destruct mechanism that is installed on all vessels. This device while impossible to find, can be activated by an agreement between Samura and Kishiro that will result in the destruction of said vessel.

Drone - J20P - 21F Kusari Freighter

A second joint project between Samura and Kishiro, the "Drone" project followed the success of the Akegata Transport project. Ordered by the Emperor himself, these projects were meant to push Samura and Kishiro toward closer cooperation and more standardized methods and parts. Utilizing both Samura and Kishiro specific expertise, the Drone is one of the most technologically advanced freighters on the market today. With strong armor and powerful engines developed by Samura and state of the art scanning equipment and power plant made by Kishiro, this freighter is the best of what Kusari shipbuilding has to offer.

Akegata - K7:P-19T Kusari Container Transport

A rare, joint project between Samura and Kishiro, the Akegata Transport was ordered to be produced by the Emperor as a way to push both companies to improve relations, and to develop standardized parts. The Emperor's plan was to have each company bring the best of its skills to the project, developing a Kusari transport that would ensure the protection of the economic interests of Kusari. Samura used it's expertise to develop the engines, hull, and superstructure, while Kishiro developed the state of the art scanning equipment and power plant. The Akegata class is the product of the collaboration of the best minds Kusari has to offer. The Emperor was so impressed by the success of the project he ordered the K7:P-19F "Drone" Kusari Freighter to be produced in the same way.

Big Dragon - J90P - 54HT Kusari Transport

This venerable workhorse has become a mainstay in the Kusari hauling fleet. Built by Kishiro in an attempt to push into the Samura dominated cargo ship market, this ship has found huge success. Sturdy and reliable, the Big Dragon is can be seen all over Sirius carrying Kusari cargo to the furthest reaches of sector. Kishiro has used the production of the Big Dragon to model its mass production techniques, which has allowed them to vastly expand their production capacity.
The Big Dragon has also been a huge seller on the Kusari commercial market, and has found its way into all corners of Kusari, being used by pilots of all stripes, it is even rumored that some have been integrated into the fleets of the GC and Farmers Alliance.

Bumblebee - K60P - 27T Kusari Transport

One of Samura's first major construction projects, the Bumblebee has become a mainstay of Kusari shipping for centuries. Built with strong engines, a generous cargo hold, and enough speed and agility to keep her captain and crew safe in even the most dangerous situations. While built by Samura, the Bumblebee is sold on the open commercial market, and these ships can be seen in the employ of many Kusari pilots, including Kishiro and Renzu.

Geisha - SL-17 Kusari Luxury Yacht

Within the upward spiraling structure of Kusari society, a show of taste and class can be as effective as any dozen battles or boardroom victories. When that demonstration needs to be made amongst the stars, no vessel surpasses the Geisha. Samura designed this unique ship as a monument to their long tradition of melding art and utility in their ships.
Each vessel custom tailored to meet the specifications of accommodations, hardiness and breathtaking artistry as dictated by equally breathtaking cost of acquisition, the Geisha is seen as often in the employ of shuttling dignitaries with assurance of security across the most remote regions of the Kusari realm to the clandestine covers of Hogosha smuggling efforts as illicit onboard clubs surge above equally illicit goods.

Ryuujin - Kusari Train

With her graceful lines and imposing defenses, the Ryuujin serves as much as a potent hauler of the State's production wonders as a diplomatic envoy of the nation's ideals.
With the rich tapestry of ritual and tradition that guides Kusarian business practices, many stretching back to the centuries before space was a romantic dream, many merchants of the nation have found the accommodations of foreign ports of call to be undignified for the task of establishing trust and mutual friendship while working to gain the greatest deals. Ahoudori - T-833-GB Kusari Explorer

The first ships of the Kusari Explorer line were built in 490 A.S., a period when space exploration was considered very important for the House of Kusari, the Explorers were equipped to spend long months and even years charting distant star systems for possible resources to be exploited by the state.
The initial design was adopted by Samura, and through it, the Gas Miners Guild who found great use of the vessel in their continuing mission of charting the expanses of the Crow nebula to seek out new pockets of resources to feed Sirius' ever growing energy needs. The Explorers of modern times have been retrofitted with superior military grade hardware and shielding to ensure that the Guild's finds would not fall into the hands of claim jumpers. Additional modern Kishiro amenities and superior sensor packages have produced a vessel that is as comfortable as it is hardy; as such the Explorer has found a valuable after-market for Freelancers and wealthy Kusarians alike seeking to find the next hidden jump hole, or luxuriate in its firepower, with a measure of comfort and security.

We were made aware of this channel and wished to register the vessels we are already making use of.

Making sure my paperwork is in order.

Why do you not use other ships to fulfil that same task?

The Container Transport has been in my command for over 4 years. No need to up and move for no reason.

Why should you be trusted/What have you done to earn our trust? [with proof]

I purchased this ship as surplus back in the era that some refer to as 4.83, these ships were used primarily to supply the construction sites of bases and as armored haulers. We bought this thing as mostly a used up vessel and have refurnished most of the components and electronics over the years at great expense.

Now, the fact that this ship has been in heavy use for years and not come across your desk as trouble should indicate that it will not in the furture.

However, if you need my word, you can be assured that the ship will be held to the same standards as all IC ships are. I have no intention of causing trouble that would disrupt our business in Kusari.

I have not found such a device on board my vessel.

Now to the IC vessel Kono, you sir are the first captain from IC to make this request and as such you will be the first vessel to fly a Kusari vessel that was not stolen.
