I come to you with the understanding that the Rebels stabbed you in the back and were kicked out of Liberty. Or maybe there was nothing going on and they just made a very big mistake. Either way, I want to talk about their elimination. We of the Volkhan's forces find them to be the most vile of human beings. A much larger priority than any government. So what do I want? I want freedom to hunt the down. What I will give to you? A ceasing of military activity in Liberty. All that we ask is that we can have assigned kill squads to patrol Liberty and eliminate any Rebel forces without your intervention.
