simple question, would the new upcoming update have specific cockpits for the new ships?
would be great to add more ambient and more realistic flying experience to the game.

Use the wonders of the SEARCH function, as there were at least 2-3 threads about this if I recall correctly ...

I am not sure anyone uses cockpits, first they are basically useless cause they block most of your view from PvP aspect.
Anyway, I'll ask do we really need them now or maybe something else might be better?

For PvP? Yes, or well except in cap vs cap battles, there you use cockpit view for your aim. However when you are just flying around it could indeed give a nice RP atmosphere.

Meh, I only use it in cap battles. Maybe you could have different cockpit for different ship types. Example:
Cockpit1 for Fighters.
Cockpit2 for Bombers.
Cockpit3 for Gunboats.
Etc...
Would be nice, in my opinion, but not necessary.
Get 4.86 done as soon ™ as possible.
