Those faction are invite-only. If they think you could be useful, they'll get in contact with you.

As far as I know the Phantom one is opened, atleast it was a bit ago. And it's most unlikely that the Keepers or Wild or Aoi will have an actual recruitment thread.

I always wondered...say one has a desire to join said factions. Can't he just ask a member, and be put on some kind of "trial"? I mean, invite only is kinda racist : D

Keepers.. Well, if you want to RP a Nomad, make a Morph and fly around. It's the same. You just dodge enemy fire.
Phantoms... Not sure, they're kinda inactive or remodeling or smth like that.
Wild don't recruit openly, you have to stalk them in the Omegas.
