Quote:7.1 All bounties must be posted on the forum. If you attack another player to claim a bounty and the bounty is not posted on the forum, you are open to a PvP abuse sanction.
Consequences: Fined all guns. There was no bounty posted for an indivdual you killed. That individual is not listed as an enemy of the bounty hunters, and did not attack you. You have changed your name since this incident. The ship in question is now called Hermies|EA.

Well, he has been flying with |EA since a small time before he got the name Hermies (Not Hermies|EA), but wasn't able to rename because of the rename limit.
Anyway, works for me.
