Tino.Costa has been sanctioned for killing people in Connecticut when he had been asked to leave them alone. This just isn't cricket old chap. Your access to the drinks pavilion has been revoked. You are hostile to the neutral faction and cannot dock in Connecticut any more.
When somebody does not want to play with you in Connecticut DO NOT ATTACK THEM.
