I do not believe so. In 4.84 it was one of the major hangups for that faction. The only way to get a synthfoods tag was through heavy manipulation of npc affiliation. Was madhouse.

Thanks Dusty. I managed to fix my rep with a Zoner bribe. Not sure why the Zoners would have such strong ties with Synth Foods.

In vanilla, Zoners all live in space stations, and Synth Foods makes the biodomes that Zoner freeports use to make their food. Considering that the Zoners buy so much of Synth Foods' products, and that Synth Foods prevents the Zoners from starving to death, I'd say that relationship is entirely logical.
