Maximus has been sanctioned for:

Quote:*3.3 Out-of-character (OOC) chat must not be used in system or local chat. OOC communication in group or private chat between players will cease if one player requests it. Admins are free to communicate with any player at any time.

Consequences: Fined 30 million credits (had to be taken from your character Old.grumpy. Maximus didn't have enough). Don't talk out of character. Especially if that ooc chat is as mindblowingly whine-filled as that was.

Could i see the prove of this? i can only remember "whining" to one guy, and furthermore, why hasnt he been sanctioned for his whining towards me? ill tell you why: cause i was as stupid not to bother you admins with a kid like that...

oh well whats done is done, altho i would like to see some fairness and him punished as well

as for the money, i am aware maximus didnt have enough, the money you took from grumpy was the prize cash for the event... i hereby apoligize towards the contestants if due to this i cant pay in time...
