To: Bretonian Players - BAF Admiralty Board - 04-05-2011 There are apparently rumors going around that there isn't a functional Bretonian Government. While, yes, this is true, there are multiple groups of people who are attempting to establish one with different goals and agendas. To take a necessary precaution as so that these groups don't butt-heads in the future, I would like to combine the different groups into one body, and actually get a unified government so we actually have an active functioning government body. There is a lot of potential behind what I've seen from players who have started popping up with these political characters, and frankly it's better to be unified than separated as the Bretonian player base. I'd like to ask that those who are interested/have a political character in Bretonia to add me on my skype (wolfs.ghost) so we can actually iron out things and...have some fun. -- Wolfs Ghost To: Bretonian Players - SnakThree - 04-05-2011 K. Old Guard is into this! What seat do we get? Commerce stuff?:) Edit: Nah. Joking on this. However IC| might be interesting into this. To: Bretonian Players - Akura - 04-05-2011 ' Wrote:K. Old Guard is into this! What seat do we get? Commerce stuff?:) Cheeky Mollys... To: Bretonian Players - Wolfs Ghost - 04-05-2011 Actually Snak3 the Mollys do have a political party that was implemented with the group of players that I was personally working with on making a functioning group. In fact I have it right here: Fianna Fail (FF) Party Leader: Base: Dublin Ideology: Republicanism, Separatism Overview: Founded after the Founder's Day Revolt by people sympathetic to the Molly cause, Fianna Fail is the legitimate political branch of the Molly movement and their representatives within the Bretonian government. Their primary goal is securing the independence of Dublin and the establishment of a seperate republic; of course, this puts them in staunch opposition to the BMM-backed Corporate Alliance. Fianna Fail typically allies itself with the PFP owing to their shared values of Republicanism and increased democratic power in Bretonia. So, in theory, yeah Mollys would have a bit of a say in the government. To: Bretonian Players - Jack_Henderson - 04-05-2011 IMG| will be discussing this topic internally and then there will be an answer. It is OORPly a highly interesting approach to political roleplay in which - at best - all major factions should be able to participate. But that's only my opinion now. =) To: Bretonian Players - Linkus - 04-05-2011 Fianna Fail Lulz. Fianna Gail >.> To: Bretonian Players - Jeremy Hunter - 04-05-2011 Talk to Jack Aubrey, he's going to/ trying to be the president/whatever of Cambridge. Im just his general secretary. To: Bretonian Players - Pinko - 04-05-2011 Implying Bretonia isn't anything more than were all the Terrorist ID'd people chill. To: Bretonian Players - fencore - 04-05-2011 I'm still of the opinion that the House Government should be the official lawful factions represented by their leaders and SICs. That's the only group of people who have the authority to affect any decisions anyhow. Listen to the userbase, of course, but let the officials do their thing. To: Bretonian Players - DarthBindo - 04-05-2011 Interesting..... Veeeerrrryy interesting. Fer rheinland it's kay, but even Kusari has the Council of the Rising Suns. |
