[font=agency fb]Greetings, respected heads of the Virulian Enclave. This is captain Samus Atreius of the "Black Interfector". I've been directed towards you for matters concerning ship landing approvals on planet Gran Canaria, in the Omega-49 system. Now, very soon, I will be commissioning a "Bullhead" class battlecruiser. I'm unsure about how you regulate warship landings on the planet, but I, regardless, felt it necessary and respectful to request the following;

[color=#FFCC00]I, captain Samus Atreius, commander of the "Black Interfector" Thresher class Destroyer, hereby request your approval to land my current vessel, and the following "Black Interfector II" Bullhead class Battlecruiser vessel, on planet Gran Canaria, in full consent to all Zoner laws and regulations, and in full respect of the no fire zone designated by the Zoner nation. I also fully consent to all the additional rules and/or conditions for your approval.

    You are granted landing access to Gran Canaria if you obide to the following stipulations:

    1) You are not to engage enemy craft within the system of Omega 49 unless fired upon first
    2) You are not to use Omega 49 or Gran Canaria as a safe port, meaning that if you draw enemies to the system or planet, we will have to end the agreement.

    If you agree the Virulian Enclave grants landing permission for your capital ship(s)
