Greetings Mr.Hale
My name is Vincent Carter,
I'm contacting you concerning the conduct of one of your officers named [LN]-Luis.Ramirez.
I'm sure you already know about the incident involving the police officer at Manhattan ... See here if you don't.
Anyways this Naval officer started to shoot me straight after I successfully defended myself against that police officer without making a proper enquiry, if he had he would have indeed found out that I was not a pirate like the police officer had mistaken me for , he just went in guns blasting straight away. Something else he said deeply disturbed me, the part where he said "Officer is bored, Returning home". This suggests to me that he is shooting ships for his own personal amusement and that he is not takeing his job seriousily.
I even offered to give the police officer back before he started shooting me but it seems his only interest was killing me. I would like to know what you intend to do about this.
