I also have two more questions, why was he grouped with IC|Indiana?
And finally, why did you check this thread, disappear for an hour then when I went to check your google sheet roster someone was there. Then right after this you decided to post in the aforementioned thread that he is not a member.

We are not trying to avoid inRP stuff.
We want to sort out OOC.
Nobody in IC| knows who is IC|Moscow.
IC|Indiana is new member, thus she might not really know all of us and probably did not ask who Moscow is.
Every time I see someone unknown to me ingame I PM him with inquiry who he is. So far I have not PMed Moscow yet, since I never saw him online, or if I did, was busy.

I just want you to understand that regardless if you are trying to employ some cheap tactic here (which I highly suspect given these factors I mentioned), you may or may not still receive consequences from the Rheinland Military and by no means are you guaranteed free of any charges.
