Well for month ago i had a really nice ping :55-65ms, 1 fluc, 0 lag , 0 loss.
But since 3 days i got a verry unstabiele connection, one moment is has 70ms 0,0,0 and just 10 sec later 350,45,23,40 ! How can that be?
Please anybody HELP! I have No idea what happend!:(:shok:

There are several possible reasons.
Virus
New Programms which use inet
Anyone Kicked your Router
And many many More.
Without moar Details i dun see a way to find out whats the Problem.

stop downloading stuff while playing
tell your family to stop streaming stuff while your playing
tell your family to stop downloading stuff while your playing
make sure your neighbors aint using your network (in case of wireless)
how old are your network card?
are you sure their not working on the network somewhere in your neighborhood?
do you have a certain bandwith that you must not exceed within a month?
are you using a anti-virus firewall, in that case, which anti-virus?
do you know if your computer has been infected with a virus lately?
have you tried turning off skype while playing?
have you tried to reset your modem/router?
are your modem/router getting really really hot?
does the cable you use (in case of cable connection) have alot of sharp turns? (bending around 90 degree corners and such)
these are just SOME of the factors that can cause this issue

That are the "truisms" mate. But thanks well I check my PC atm for a Virus and my last Router Reboot was one month ago. I use the Kaspersky Scurity CBE 10. Well Ofc is that i did not download something at the time. and i mean really i could use skype at the same time with freelancer and my ping was good! That all just happend since 3 days. well maybe it would be better now after a reboot.

are you running on wireless?
ifso it could be one of youre troubles.
if no then its probely the relocation of the server a couple of months ago.
