As you may remember, I was working on a permission to get access to Baffin for the Bretonian Merchant Navy Ships, because, if you remember our last talks, I wanted to present you something in exchange for the permission to haul Deuterium from Planet Gran Canaria. Mr. Triton already has agreed for Baffin, and of course, no hostilities towards any faction will be committed while in Baffin or Omega 49 system.

I have a copy of the correspondence attached for you, Mr. Holliday, for he case you haven't already read it:

I have no issue with you transporting deuterium. Just be mindful of the many embargos around Sirius.
I will also warn you of the many threats going to and from Omega 49. I don't need to remind you of the Mollies in Dublin or the Corsair patrols in Omega 49. You will also find, on occasion, elements of the Red Hessians and the SCRA. In short, you will need to provide your own security and we will not get involved with any disputes. I also ask that you observe the 5k NFZ around Gran Canaria and if you should venture there, Lanzerate.

We are well supplied but if you can, optronics, luxury consumer goods and pineal amulets are goods that sell well. I'm sure you can figure out more as well.
