:wacko:So I was getting killed by Rheinland police today in my bomber. Regular banshees. I was like, what in the world is going on. So I scanned em'.
Are NPCs allowed to have class 8 guns on a max class 7 ship...? in House space no less?
I mean its not a huge deal but...those Firekiss hurt.

NPC Stilettos carry and use turrets.
But the Stiletto has no turret mount.

They did that so NPC's have a chance at killing you, it happens with every npc in the game.

I've never noticed that with any other NPCs before. Maybe its just the police/navy patrols? IDK.

NPC Hussar in Poole have 3 class 9 splitters and 1 class 9 firestalker missile = 4 class 9 slots (player version has 2 class 8 2 class 9) it also has a class 10 shield of like 14,000 shield units. player version has a max of class 8 shield with like 5600 shield units
if i could get my hands on a buyable version of that hussar... *drool*

I can replace the Firekisses with Battleship Turrets if you'd like.
But to be serious; NPCs will be getting a rebalance for .86, so this'll be fixed.
