Communication Source: Solarius Station, Omega-11
Communication Receiver: The Ring, New Berlin

Ship name: DHC-Otterndorf

Mining operation participant ships:
  • DHC-Otterndorf
  • DHC-Schwarzer
  • Moon

System: Omega-11
Type and amount of ore mined: Uncut Diamonds - 9,000 units

Captain notes: I received a mining order from Schwarzer and we moved together to the asteroid belt where he was filled up. Soon afterwards, a Colonial transport with call-sign Moon and its captain named Marcus Blue also came by and asked for my services which I offered.

In total I made 18 million credits, an average of 2000 credits per mined diamond. 20% of the profits were wired back to the company. Security Division employee Miranda O'Neal also offered escort service to Schwarzer from Omega-7 to New London and back to Rheinland.

Guten Tag.

I am afraid this not a very pleasant report. While flying back to the Ring, I encountered a Hessian just passing by Battleship Strausberg. I immediately intercepted him and I succeeded only to find out that he was carrying 4,210 souls all chained up. This slaver was in fact a Major of the Red Hessian Army and was so careless about it that I cannot but provide you with our conversation.

DHC-Westlich.Flamme[R]: Perhaps that you carry chained men, who are much likely to be.. slaves?
[RHA]RHT-Raeuber: Paul: Maybe.
DHC-Westlich.Flamme[R]: So this is the grand revolution of chained slaved men?
[RHA]RHT-Raeuber: Paul: I don't answer this
[RHA]RHT-Raeuber: Paul: So i fly further now.
DHC-Westlich.Flamme[R]: Cut your engines now
DHC-Westlich.Flamme[R]: Or I am taking you down.
[RHA]RHT-Raeuber: Paul: "taking you down" *laughs*
[RHA]RHT-Raeuber: Paul: I'm Major Paul Stein
[RHA]RHT-Raeuber: Paul: You should let me go, or you will die here
DHC-Westlich.Flamme[R]: You will release those enslaved men right now, you are such a filth, you sick bastard.
[RHA]RHT-Raeuber: Paul: "bastard" You little bastart shut your mouth!
[RHA]RHT-Raeuber: Paul: You will die now!
[RHA]RHT-Raeuber: Paul: Engaging!
DHC-Westlich.Flamme[R]: I am running out of patience. I will sacrifice my life if I can save those poor lives.

Eventually I had to open fire to his ship in self defence. I had a rough beginning as I was acting very passionate before I pulled myself together. His transport was then destroyed.

There were 3,000 escape pods scattered around the transport remains. Much likely the other 1,210 souls did not have a pod to run into. This is a great tragedy and I immediately contacted every possible hauler in the region, even the Junker Marauders. No one bothered until a Republican transport came and moved them to Planet New Berlin. This is where I am right now, making sure each one of those enslaved men are okay now.

Guten Tag!

I started my flight by escorting a Kruger| transport to New Berlin before moving to Dresden for the purpose of conducting a patrol in the system. Outside Battleship Altenburg I teamed up with two Rheinland Military pilots of the primary fleet. Not long after we started the patrol we encountered three ships belong to the Red Hessian Army and two AI vessels.

One of them was "Major" Paul Stein, that worthless slaver I mentioned in my previous report. After a brief discussion, Stein ordered his men to engage. One of the two AI vessels engaged us as well. My supernova did the work for our side and destroyed the AI vessel as well as the two RHA companions of the slaver and then our Hauptmann ordered me to stand down while the Feldwebel engaged the slaver in a solo duel. The Feldwebel was defeated and by that time more law enforcement forces had arrived on the scene, as well as Hessian capitals.

Stein managed to run away because of the inefficiency of the Hauptmann to give correct orders, but I efficiently directed our forces to find us in Dresden. As soon as a substantial number of Military forces arrived, the Red Hessian cruisers were destroyed with me claiming the destruction of one of them. In total there were five destructions with Daumann Heavy Construction claiming four of them!

After the battle's conclusion I returned to Stuttgart in order to resume my patrol before finishing it in Omega-3. The ship has suffered minimal damage, and the repairs it required were very basic.

Guten Tag.

I am here to report another major engagement in which I participated in Dresden system. As part of the DHC Security Division I tagged along with the RFP forces and engaged a large host of Red Hessians.

The fight was fierce and soon after we engaged a large host of Order ships commanded by "Admiral Golanski" suddenly appeared in close range and assisted the Hessians, mainly on capital-sized vessels. So my bomber had a lot of work to do.

Order|CV-Fedayeen: This is Admiral Golanski to the BDM... this is your doing and we have asked for none of it. Retreat order is wise.
RFP|Wach.Joel.Bittner: Golanski, the Schemmel...
Order|CV-Fedayeen: Jormungand, we will need litlte help at opening this tincan over there.

For one more time the law enforcement forces were disorganized and I was forced multiple times to intervene and re-focus them on the capital ships first. Especially the operator of BDM|U-104 was incapable, something which clearly shows the quality difference of our Security Division! Anyway, the Order flagship of this Admiral was heavily damaged and retreated to a massive asteroid base belonging to the Hessians. However it was successfully destroyed during the docking procedure.

The smaller Order capitals were the next target for the bombers and the BDM gunboat. They were flying under the O'Rhu tag and I personally claimed the destruction of both of those gunboats. During the entire fight more Red Hessian reinforcements arrived in the area the most noteworthy of which was the Red Hessian Army flagship commanded by none other than Paul Stein and two VWA ships (one of them was flying an Order gunboat). Fortunately all the hostile capitals were destroyed and I retreated in good order while the snub fight was still ongoing. After the capitals were destroyed and we clearly had the upper hand, BHG| also jumped in the fight, definitely to claim some easy kills.

Finally, I would like to commend PolizeiDirektor Laura Carsten for her extremely good work during the fight. And I also request clarification on how to deal and approach Order vessels in the future considering the data that I provided.

Guten tag!

Reporting in after completing first 2 mining and transportation runs. In first round mining did not go as I planned, bit to slow, but after hiring 2 assistants from Rugen station to give me a hand with calibrating mining lasers, soon we managed to kick in higher gear and second run was much more successful. While taking some rest which I used to refresh a bit, Hannover was loaded with Raw Hydrocarbons, and I was on my way to Nuremberg in Munich.
Trip itself was quite the uneventfull, not a single pirate, which would one expect with luck such as myself, but non the less, I've reached my destination on time, even saved some of it on expense of slower mining. On way back Military Equipment and Vehicles have been be loaded and taken to New Berlin planet itself. Rheinbier was needed in Stuttgart, so Hannover delivered that one aswell.

Last part of the route was taking Synth Paste to starting position Rugen Station. For first few days on this job, it was solid work. I was expecting to see some more Daumann collegens, but had no luck, will be better next time I hope. That would be all for now.

Guten tag!

Hannover has been making runs of Aluminium Ore from Munich to New London in last couple of days.
To avoid running same old hydracarbons route I moved Werra out of Omega 3 for now.
Last trip returning from Bretonia we were loaded up with Gold ore from Bowex mining storage around New London's orbit.
As entering the Cambridge system, I stumbled upon certain freelancer by name of Noah Xennel who offered escorting service.
While we were discussing, 2 more showed up offering same services. Knowing the possibilites of piracy can be quite high around this time.
I took upon their offer which turned out to be best decision I could possibly make.
Freelancer Names:
-Inge.Wexler
-Noah.Xennel
-Norman.O'Connor

First pirate encounter happened in Omega 3 as Junker by name Old.Mc-Donald tried to demand credits with my escort around.
Non the less he opened fire on my ship, but didn't lasted long as escort pilots forced him into firing with his shields down which resulted with him getting blowned up by his own torpedos.

Second pirating encounter played out in Omega 7 by none else then Hessian pilot. Between Police and IMG base in middle of system.
He was first suspicious as what chances he have to pirate me,
but soon his basic instincts kicked in and he started to bable about corrupt goverment, Daumann taking everything from him,
and usual propaganda they like to spread around.

And of course it followed with opening fire on Hannover.
We took emergency precautions and docked with Police base while Escort pilots took care of him. He didn't stand a chance against that trio, and was eliminated swiftly.

Rest of the trip to New Berlin went smoothly, and we did not encountered any problems.
Upon reaching the destination, payout was delivered of 15 milions split on 3 pieces.
My recommendations to everyone, if you stumble upon these freelancers, they are quite reliable as escort pilots.
Don't hesitate to hire them, it might save your life one day. That would be all.

No pirate activity was discovered along the route.
One problem is however that the cargo bays of the station seem to be full. As such, we had to stop our deliveries.
Once we get word that there will be no further complications, we can continue.

No pirate activity was discovered along the route. Rheinland has been fairly quiet lately, it appears. Liberty must have stopped paying the pirates for a while, or the ceasefire is finally paying off for our trade. We started off suppying Solitaire Metropolis with Hull Segments as our Logistics Management arranged. I have to say I am glad we finally started doing these kind of jobs, not so much of profit, but short routes within Rheinland space are bit more relaxing.
We did alltogether 4 runs, which when calculated together with PuttenGarden's Captain haul makes 16,033 units of Hull Segments from 25,000 requested. Not much left to finish it, will try to do another run when back on shift.
