Contained within this communique is a declassified copy of the Fakuto Records. These records formed the basis of our recent actions against Samura Heavy Industries in the Sigmas.

The Guild concludes that Samura, backed by the Kusari Government, is involved in the importation of Alien Artifacts originating from Corsair space in violation of Guild laws. We further believe that this importation goes beyond the petty smuggling to private collectors that was once the domain of the Hogosha crime syndicates. A corporate giant involved in artifact smuggling can only be for research purposes, so that Kusari might gain a technological advantage over other Houses.

The Guild's actions around Planet Kurile are intended to block trade with the Corsairs, and stymie the artifact trade. It must be noted that Planet Kurile is listed a corporate satellite of Samura Heavy Industries, and not the sovereign soil of the Kusari Empire. There is no embassy on Planet Kurile, nor does its docking ring display a Kusari Police IFF signature.

It must be noted at this point that any dispute, argument, conflict or spat of any kind has led to embargoes against the Guild, and now to open hostility. A brief search of the records will show that in each case, embargoes against the GMG have led to Rheinland vessels being denied entry to Okinawa, or restricted their rights to haul fuel from the Guild.

We believe the long-term strategic goal of the Kusari government is to seize control of all the major fuel reserves in Sirius. MOX derived from Leeds, and the seizure of GMG assets in the Sigmas and Okinawa.

The Guild trusts the MND and the Rheinwehr High Command will take the time to read these documents, and appreciate the nature of the threat contained within.
