i told him to add -s192.168.1.69:2302 to his shortcut target, but he says he still cant see it...

That should be your LAN address not your real IP. Go check your real IP and add it to the shortcut target.

No, your computers IP. What you have there is your IP on your local area network. You want your Internet Address, what other computers see you as.

There is that program that makes you see all the servers. Have to look it up thoughfor im not sure where it is.

If you have the program, my server is up sometimes. its ussually just me and my friend or just me.
100,000,000$ start money, basically no rules.
uhm...
how do i permantely set my server things, such as ip and port.
it is NOT deticated and every time i x out my server to change some things in my player the ip and port changes.
