- Beryllium Ore: The Ring, New Berlin, at 7200 credits per unit.
- Gold Ore: Ingolstadt Station, Munich, at 7200 credits per unit.
Included in the clause is a limited escort service from the side of the Black Talon offices, a professional escort company in employment of Republican Express Shipping.

I will like to also say how pleased I am to be speaking to you we have heard our Rheinland desire to gain some material resources in omega 7 and quite rightly so. I can fully understand Rheinland's need when they are faced with wars on all fronts, as Bretonia faces that threat as well with the corsairs in omega 3 and in Cambridge also the Hessians have unlawfully declared omega 3 and 7, to be theirs also we know all too well the threat of invasion by foreign aggressors such as liberty in your case and kusari in mine.
I am also pleased to hear that you are willing to co-operate with Borderworlds Exports, Bretonia Mining and Manufacturing and thus increase Rheinland and Bretonia diplomatic standing with each other despite our past differences this is truly admirable and Borderworlds Exports does need all the business partners possible to survive in this cut throat world space we live in.
As such we are more then pleased to accept this contract however we only transport it and alas we will have to wait for Bretonia Mining and Manufacturing prior consent before any concrete deals can be made. Your offer of Borderworlds Exports vessels to dock on you station and allowing your security to escort Borderworlds Exports vessels are admirable and most pleasing to us. As such Borderworlds Exports will draw a parallel offer allowing your vessel to dock on Borderworlds Exports bases. As well as offer Borderworlds Exports exploration and security vessel to escort your vessels.

Forgive us in advance for our tardy response, we have been doing some restructuring.
Here is our proposed contract
1 Trading
1.1 RepEx will haul none of BMM-'s products to Kusari while the war between them, and Bretonia rages on.
1.2 RepEx will haul BMM-ores through bretonian space into rhienland
1.3 If RepEx Decides to haul BMM-'s ores through Kusari space, BMM-'s must be notified in advance. Additionally RepEx will be obligated to show proof that BMM- Ore was sent to rhienland space, Showing a picture of Planet Holstein, along with the cargo data and timestamp will suffice.
1.4 RepEx acknowledges that BMM- has other clients, and BMM- ore will be sold in a first-come-first-serve basis.
1.5 When heading to Tau-23 for BMM- ore, RepEx Agrees not to supply the IMG (note: this applies for this particular cargo run)

2 Mining
2.1 BMM Has Multiple Storage facilities, some of which are kept secret. RepEx is never to divulge thier location.
2.2 BMM- reserves the right not to service a transport directly, and to force them to wait at a friendly base until the mined ore is ready to be picked up.
2.3 BMM- will sell Ores to RepEx at 50% of the projected sell price of any ore.
3 Misc.
3.1 BMM- Grants docking access to all RepEx ships for all BMM bases.
3.2 If RepEx chooses to supply BMM- with Rheinland mining machinery or robotic components, They should supply BMM- with the equipment specs as well, so our fixers wont have to waste time, trying to apply them to our operations.
3.3 During an operation, BMM- will do what it can to protect a RepEx Hauler. It would be appreciated if RepEx could lend its security wing to BMM- during a mining operation, when a RepEx hauler is waiting to be filled.

I'm sure these terms are agreeable, BMM- by no means is attempting to Place RepEx in a legal handcuff, So if your company wishes to amend this contract proposal, send us an altered version.
