Senor Jameson
It has come to my attention that my services to the nation is no longer sufficient. Although quite sad to hear, I realise when i am no longer valuable. The nation does not need an inefficient and inadequate solider. He is simply not an valuable asset nor an economical benefit. My ships are costly to keep fueled, and they are costly to maintained.

Regretfully, i therefore resign my position as a Maltese guardian. My life up until now has been about the safety of the Maltese people. I now see that i can, although maybe a bit young, retire and let the next generation take over. It is obvious that us, older ones, are no longer able to keep our beloved nation safe.

May I excuse myself for leaving with such short notice, I regret that I did not have the time to see the things I started finish. Perhaps one day, one day in the future, the youngsters will need my services once again. Hopefully, they will not. Looking at my future, the calm daily life that awaits, I do dearly hope that I do not have to go into another fighter again. Although combat is quite exiting and makes your heart rush, it is by no means healthy. I'm sure I lost some years from all the stress I've built up during my time as a Ghost.

Senor Jameson, dear friend. Leader. Mentor. Adios amigo.
