Konnichiwa gentlemen.
I bring before you a notification that I, Keibu of the KSP, Toru Kondo, am levying a fine on one "Pushin.Weight", under the threat of expulsion, for the crimes of smuggling, resisting arrest, and assault on a Kusari officer. A flat 20m SC should suffice as punishment enough for this foolish action. If this issue is not resolved within this comm discussion, I leave it to the Emperor's office to declare my judgement valid and declare the vessel Pushin.Weight an outlaw in Kusari.
I have included Cryer and the Hunters in this comm to resolve some of the underlying issues.
As to the circumstances, I stopped this transport at Junyo for a routine scan. Discovered that this Cryer registered GMG transport, something which I point to Cryer Pharmaceuticals for answering, had Synthetic Marijuana aboard his vessel and told him that he would need to drop the cargo immediately. After refusing to cut engine and denying my requests, I was forced to open fire as he was fleeing towards Deshima Station. Upon several requests for the hunters at Deshima to deny docking access, the transport moored at one of the points. I have ordered the hunters to ensure this trader's arrest and return to KSP custody, but I am awaiting confirmation of this.
Captain of the Pushin Weight, I urge you to submit this fine to my ship's account where it will be routed to the State Police and explain your actions with an oath never to do this again.

Let me start by saying I have -no- idea why a transort filled with marijuana would dock on our base. Nor do I understand why he was given docking clearance. It's not like Bounty Hunters are vivid marijuana users

I contacted Deshima. The port master told me he didn't see said smuggler come in, nor leave. In short, we have no idea where he is. We will keep an eye out for this smuggling bastardo.
