"Greetings, King of Sigma-13. This is the merc Hangman speaking. As i mentioned in your public channel
i expect that my business'll lead me to a new market that rose up in the area around Rheinland borders and the
Sigmas. So...
" The voice exhales. Hangman probably smokes something. "Since both of us possess the ability to
send each other to the next medic, i request not being attacked by you or by your subordinates. Of course
i'm willing to hand you over a little gift. It's intel data about the Corsairs. I originally supposed to give them to a
group called the "Synven Ring", but after i finished my job they dissappeared and didn't paid me. I consider it as
some kind of twisted justice.
" Hangman chuckles.
"Let's sum it up: I request not being attacked by you and your Renegades until i finished my business in that area.
In return i hand you over intel about Corsair cap ship movements. The data itself is 6 weeks old, so expect it's
accuracy to 80%. And before i forget it, the outdated parts are about you. Don't worry, the Synven Ring is either
disbanded, or it's members are all dead. In any case i doubt that they're worth to worry about. If you're
interested, answer through this relay and i send you a hard copy. Hangman out...

Quote:"Greetings Carlos. The two weeks are up and here's the info i was able to get. Right after i started investigating
there was some movement of sair caps outside their territory but activities became less every day.
"

"At day one i spotted an Osiris of the Corsairs returning from Bretonia.
As you can see here the captain managed to capture a lot of bretonian personnel and he delivered them to Cadiz.
"

"On the second day i used an escort job to cover up some of my tracks and met another Corsair Osiris near Freeport 9. His loadout was really impressive."

"Day three was interesting too. This time it was a Legate. A dreadnought in Delta. This one
probably returned from Alaska, cuz his cargo was full of nice goodies. Data1 Data2
Alaska is the most logical origin for his erm... "guests", cuz i doubt that a ship of that size is able to get
those pilots from New York and slipping away unnoticed.
After it resupplied at Yaren it headed most probably to
Gamma via the Kappa jump hole. Here's his loadout:
"
Part1 Part2 Part3 Part4

"And now comes the strange part. At the fourth day, i noticed a significant increase of encrypted messages coming
from Gamma. I couldn't decrypt it, but after that bunch of transmissions, the cap movement outside of deep corsair space dropped to nearly zero.
It pretty much means i didn't encountered any caps outside of Gamma.
Only fighters and bombers, most of them Benitez and Sails. And that from day 4 until day 7.
"

"The seventh day i met another corsair tagged Osiris undocking from the Freeport in Theta with
course to Gamma. Nothing special here either.
"
Part5 Part6
Part7 Part8

"Day eight was quiet too. No capital ship activity outside Gamma. I'm sure that some of these encrypted messages are the reason for this major withdrawal.
If you ask me, i believe either they have to keep low, cuz someone messed something up, or they simply await a major strike against their home planet.
Well... the outcasts periodicly and sometimes the Hessians are raiding Gamma, this is common knowledge in southern Sirius. It's hard to tell which of those fights
was the reason for strengthened defences. Maybe among these the corsairs awaited a "big one".
"

"The only ship i spotted at day 9 was in Kappa again.Nothing of interest here so i scanned that ship itself,
cuz i heard that this ship is some kind of a celebrity among the Corsairs. This is all i could get
without get noticed. It was on his way to Gamma.
"

Part9 Part10
Part11

"On day 10, there was a demonstration of power in Omega-41. Long story short:
The praefect cruiser "Slaughter" tried to dock at Freeport 5 after annoyed some Hessians. He got intercepted by hessian reinforcements. Then they got
pretty much beaten up by the "Armin", supported by the "Sombrero", the "Blackthorne" and some fighters.
That's all about it.

"Unfortunatelly i couldn't get any info from the other caps cuz if i would try i would become a part of that fight."

"Well. The last few days passed like expected. No caps outside Gamma, some bombers in the Sigmas.
But... i've encountered in Sigma-13 a half-corsair. Even though his transponder code didn't show any
hispanian relationship, after a little bribe i found out, that he's in contact with the Corsairs and visits Gamma
almost every day. Dunno why, but he declared himself "King of Sigma-13". That's the only thing i could find
outside of Gamma which was larger than a fighter/bomber. Bit of advice, Carlos. If the ring plans to contact
that guy, they should approach him with caution. He may be in desperate need of creds, but he's eager to proof himself to the Corsairs.
He could provide you with information about the traffic in that system but most probably you can't buy his loyalty.
"

Additional data follows:
Data1 Data2
Data3 Data4

"Very well! To sum it up. Corsair capitals were around bretonian borders and inside Alaska. After a huge
amount of encrypted messages showed up on the neural net, most capitals remained in Gamma and rarely
went away more than one jump. Kappa, Delta, Theta, Omega-41 and in really rare cases Omega-5 are the
areas where you have a higher chance to met a corsair capital ship. In any system that's further away
you will meet only fighters or bombers.
"

"Oh! Before i forget... i scanned most of the corsair fighter craft i met too. So if you need some info regarding them, just say it.
And i stumbled over a conversation between some TCG vessels. If you hear some rumors, that they don't make any deals with someone outside their ranks,
then i can assure you that this is a lie. They do make deals with pretty much anyone if they benefiting from it. This is what i intercepted. It was on day 3.
I didn't knew what to do with this chatter and thought about deleting it, but then i thought it might be useful for you in the future, so i kept it.
Well, so much for stalking Corsairs. Send your payments directly to me, Hangman out...
"

"There you go. And i have a little update to make. That TekknoOst was seen in Dublin 2 days ago. And i thought
about to delete the part regarding you, but as a sign of goodwill i left it in there. Think of it as a proof that
the data is not edited or censored by me in any way. I don't believe that you will complain about invading your
privacy. I have a reputation for accomplishing my deals. Well, i've done my part of our deal, dear King.
Now's your turn... Hangman out...

"Greetings. Hangman here. Just wanted to let you know that i accomplished my business objectives and left the
Sigmas. If you want, delete me from your no-fire-upon list. I don't care. We don't owe anything to each other from
now on. Hangman out...
