As I could get from a talking with one of your Officers,which seemed to be high in Rank.

He told me you have some recon ships in Gallia and you fear them to be detected by the Royals

Even when we are quite neutral with the Navy at the moment we,the Corse families

would might be willing to let your ships slip under the cover of your bases and our family members

But we have a little saying within the Corse: 'Une main lave l'autre',meaning we want something

in return.The points would be,but are discussable,exept the first one:

Only because we state we aren't an enemy doesn't mean that we friends of them. Nor does it says we don't fight them.

I will give you the name of the officer with a further transmission (//don't have the log on this PC I am writing form),

as it needs some time to find the right name in the paperwork. And maybe my demands were too high in the

first place, then tell me your conditions and the price you would want to be paid by you,

as high or low it may be. And it is hardly mine or that of my family fault that your

citizens, according to your officer, already stay at one of our bases, which we got no

knowledge of. I think you would react in the same way and asking me the same when

our ships would stay at your base. And as I mentioned before, tell me your demands then.

Yes, we have heard rumors, that you are neutral only then when it's profitable for you.
You see, our demands are clear.
