Buck,
here is what i came up with based on your request and color preference. I am thinking about adding a screen to the lower right part of the upper bar with a moto (slogan): "Profit is our aim". or "Smuggling is an art". or "To Slip Through and Blend In." or "We Deliver" I don't know if it is a good idea, it is up to you to decide.
Below is a preview image, let me know what you like/dislike, what needs to be changed. You only pay for my work when you satisfied with the end result.

can you make the character image a bit bigger I want it so you can see his blaster gun if thats possible, any chance you can add this in there? http://img862.imageshack.us/img862/9207/tiplogo3.png its "TiP" logo.

for the mato you can see in my sig "When you need a job done" and can you add the character name "Asa Ashad"

oh, man:)I completely forgot about the TIP logo. I will redesign the bars a tad to make you go "Wow-Boom"
