Bonjour, Medames et Monsieurs, let me introduce myself. I am Clement Legard from the biological research institute on Planet Quilian. We are a group of scientists that are intrested in researching nomad organisms.
My team contains proffesional scientists that have ten or more years experience in alien biology. The team comprosises of several people that would like to come work with me in Bretonia, two of which are Jules Bellier ' chief medical scientist and Serge Regis ' senior researcher in the subgect of xenobiology and xenoarchaeology.
We are now aware that there is a remaining nomad presense in Bretonia, although there is no threat. We wish to someday study all you have to offer, but for now we will start small. We would like to make a meeting to work out details of our intended cooperation. I suggest Lancaster Trade Center as a suitable conference place.

Well propoganda or not there is one or more nomad base in Bretonia. We have proof... Proof that you wouldn't want to get into the wrong hands. So we, désole, you have two options.
