For a long time, we have traversed space together... seen a lot of action, survived the most dangerous reaches of the galaxy and dealt with the most horrendous cutthroats and smugglers known to man. The life of a Liberty Navy pilot is full of risk and danger and in order to live through all that, we must work together. This long-term collaboration may actually lead to something more than mere comradeship. Soldiers become friends, siblings or... even something more than that. I always looked up at you as something more than a commander. You've been like a father to me, but... but due to the recent events I realized that what I feel for you is not mere love as a relative. I have seen you... with miss Raven a lot lately... I even noticed that you refuse to be in a commlink with me when she's around. I have to admit I became extremely frustrated and not because you doubting my abilities as a soldier but... because of mere jealousy. Mister Ralusch, I feel that the time we spent together has developed a deeper relationship between us than what is between mere soldiers. But due to the recent intervention of miss Raven, I feel like we need to play with open cards and I must ask: .... Will you marry me? Signed, Ensign Natasha Gurlswille, 36th Liberty Navy Fighter Squadron >CLOSING TRANSMISSION >Text-based transmission to the communicator of M. Ralusch - Razr - 05-28-2011 Incoming Message... Format: TX-4 Source: chaffer-Avenue 7, apartment 452 Sender: Mason Ralusch Subject: Reply Open?: Y/N -Opening Message- Natasha, Read carefully, and take what I say seriously. It is true that we've flown together for a substantial amount of time now, and that we must work together as pilots of the Liberty Navy. I'm proud that you understand the results of long-term exposure to your colleagues and the possible outcomes at such a young age. I'm also flattered that you think so highly of me, but you should be careful not to confuse gratitude and friendship. You should remain wary of the fact that sometimes when you attempt to shape or define something in a way it was never meant to be, you run the risk of destroying everything you built in the past, and any chance of success in the future. Aside from that, I'm already taken to say the least, and quite happy with my situation. Thus I have to politely decline your offer. We should probably talk in person later, but for now keep something in mind; jealousy holds no place between us, the bond between student and teacher is not something that can ever be replicated. Respectfully, Mason A. Ralusch III >>Click Here To Close<<

Ralusch - Sturmwind - 05-28-2011 Once the transmission was signed and sent, the woman sat back on her chair and looked at the monitor without a changing facial expression for a minute. She then shook her head and with a dramatic look suddenly shifting between tears and anger, then she grabbed a red ribbon and tied it around her forehead. "Catherine.... Raven... has to.... DIE!" she muttered. |
